TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Samsung BONUS HOME THEATRE (the "Promotion") begins at 12:01am on Wednesday 9th September 2009 and ends at 11:59pm on Monday 30th November 2009 (the "Promotion Period").
2. The promoter is Radiola Corporation Limited, New Zealand (the "Promoter"). P.O Box 65523, Mairangi Bay, NORTH SHORE CITY, 6032.
3. The Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents. Employees and agents of the Promoter, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate in the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of an entrant's eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over his/her eligibility for the Promotion.
4. To enter the Promotion you simply need to purchase any participating Samsung 42” or 50” B450 Plasma Television (Qualifying Models: PS42B450 & PS50B450) from a participating New Zealand retail store at any time during the promotion period and complete the online redemption process. Commercial Sales are not allowed. Visit www.samsung.com/nz at any time during the promotion period and follow the links to the promotional page and online redemption entry form. (E.g. you can, but are not limited to entering on the date of purchase). Once your online redemption details are complete, you will be required to post your online entry, unique online id code and qualifying proof of purchase through to Samsung for validation and redemption of your reward before the 15th December 2009 to be eligible.
5. The redemption reward entitles you to a Samsung Home Theatre Model: HT-TZ220 (the ‘reward’). Your reward includes free delivery to one nominated New Zealand day time delivery address - please ensure that the delivery address specified in this redemption will be suitable for weekday daytime delivery and preferably a business address to ensure prompt delivery.
6. All online redemptions must be fully completed and must be accompanied by receipt evidencing proof of purchase from a participating New Zealand retail outlet only to be eligible for the bonus reward. Please ensure that the Samsung model number, purchase date, retail store and customer details are clearly indicated on the proof of purchase. Any receipts that do not include all this required information will be deemed invalid. Please ensure you have taken a copy of all redemption material for your records.
7. All completed online redemption forms including proof of purchase must be received by RADIOLA CORPORATION LTD before the 15th December 2009 at 5.00pm. Any incomplete redemption applications received outside of this close date will be rejected. RADIOLA CORPORATION LTD accepts no responsibility for any loss, stolen or illegible forms or delayed redemption forms or proof of purchases.
8. Qualifying receipt(s) must clearly specify the participating retail store where the purchase was made and that the purchase was made during the promotion period but prior to entry. Eftpos receipts will not be accepted. Failure to submit your proof of purchase with your redemption claim will result in invalidation of your entry and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
9. You may apply to redeem as many times as you like but each application requires a separate qualifying Samsung Plasma TV purchase. (E.g. one redemption per unit) and each entry must include a separate completed online entry form, serial number and valid proof of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, serial number validation and audit checks will be carried out before any redemption prizes are honoured.
10. The promoter reserves the right to replace the redemption reward with a substitute of an equivalent value should out of stock circumstance dictate.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemption entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
12. Please allow up to 21 business days once the promoter has verified all necessary purchase and delivery details, for delivery of the prize. Strictly no pick ups or exchanges are accepted. If you have not received your promotional item within this 21 business day period, please contact Radiola Corporation on 0800 800 388 ensuring your redemption id code is quoted.
13. Neither the promoter nor any other person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss or damaged or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the promotion.
14. The promoter reserves the right to extend, change or conclude the promotion at any time without notice, should circumstances dictate.
15. The promoter’s decision is final on all matters to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. All entries become the property of the promoter only. The information supplied on this redemption form will be kept at the offices of RADIOLA CORPORATION LTD only. If you agree to receive further promotional information via the specified tick box above, the promoter may use this information for the purposes of advising you of future promotions and for other marketing activities carried out by the promoter only. Participants may access and correct their personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address above.
